AC Hotel by Marriott Tempe, Arizona opened in 2016 and they needed a solution that innovated the way they serve their customers - delivering full service to guests in a seamless way that eliminates communication inefficiencies for staff and simplifies flagging down servers for guests. At the time, Kallpod was already piloted by several other AC Hotel by Marriott locations since 2014 and eventually became the brand standard of the hotel chain and was also rolled out at AC Hotel Tempe. 3-button Kallpods that had "Server", "Check", and "Cancel" were rolled out in all F&B areas so guests could simply press a button and all servers would be notified on their smartwatches and know who and what location the request came from, which enables them to immediately respond to the guest.
